How do I get the golden rod in Call of the Dead?

Me and my friends are trying to do the achievement but we're stuck on getting the golden rod. So how do you get the golden rod? I know it's not pack a punch a vr 11 and shoot it at the cave so how do you get it? We're doing the achievement in co-op
