Can I use my theater in a box speakers on a new hd 3d receiver?

The speakers are from a 7 year old theater in a box. The brand is kenwood and true speaker models are ks-206ht. They say 100w peak input power and 8 ohm. The theater in a box receiver was also kenwood model vr-615. And it was 600w total at 100w per channel. Now I know I have to replace my passive sub with a powered sub. But can I reuse my thib speakers with the new receiver which is 110w per channel?
