Does this guy sound safe?

Well I also like to believe that everyone is honest but as the old saying goes if it's sounds to good to be true then it probably is. however look into the back ground of the pups. it is true a lot of places don't accept pets and he might just be looking for a loving home. I personally don't get pure breeds I adopt from shelters the pets need you more and you still get great pets. also pure breeds tend to have more health problems then mutts. just remember that when you take a pet on that it is for life. it is part of the family and is a long term commitment. good luck
