Whats a digital camera like the Olympus VR 310?

I recently got the Olympus VR 310 but disliked how complicated it is to change modes iso and flash. There doesn't seem to be a Dual Image Stabilizer either but it was relatively cheap and it has 10x zoom. I looked into Samsung cameras and they seemed to be good also with buttons on the camera to control settings and much more special effects. I really like the simplicity of the interface of a Kodak easy share so is there a digital camera that combines Olympus/Samsung with the interface of a Kodak under $150?
