I am a register nurse with hepatitis b in china and singapore, can i as nurse in uk? I am worried about?

i like nursing job, but hepatitis b cause me can not achive my dream. i would like going to uk as register nurse,but i have checked uk NMC internat that have hepatitis b can not register, i am so sad . I am confused that whether I need to change career, but i really like nursing job. i have as a register nurse for 10 years, but now i want to work in uk,
