Vesectomy Reversal Doctors in Texas area...?

My husband had a Vesectomy about 5-6 years ago and we are looking for some Reversal doctors in the Louisiana/Texas area that is not over $4,000 and is highly recommended. It's hard to find good VR physicians that won't charge an arm and a leg in order for us to be able to concieve a child. If you have any ideas, please list their names and websites if they have one.
