When Voc Rehab does job placement for people, how much does the employer know about your disability?

Privacy issues prevent the Voc Rehab person from disclosing your disability to your employer. they would usually be limited to disclosing your restrictions or limitations ( for example, can only lift 10lbs) etc. However, this does not prevent you from having a candid discussion with your employer. You should discuss it with you Voc Rehab counsellor the best way to approach it. Good luck!
