What is wrong with Net10's site?

When I try to log in and view my account with the list of all my registered phones it has one of those warning signs and by it says "Success". I cannot access anything. Please help. Their customer service sucks and I don't want to stay on the phone burning up thirty (or more) minutes trying to contact them because they charge for me to call them.
