Does anyone else notice weird glitches with NBA 2K11 for Xbox 360?

I have NBA 2K11 for Xbox 360 and there are some weird glitches. Example: On a pass inbound after a foul or after the ball goes out of bounds, the ref holds the for like 5 minutes. Or on free throws, the ref holds the for a while or you have to hit "A" for the ref to pass it to you. I'm sure there are fixes for the weird glitches like that, but I don't have Xbox Live atm to download them.
