JustAnswer.com potential scam?

My friend is too embarrassed to have fallen for a potential scam and is scared for her bank account. She recently registered on JustAnswer.com and picked the lowest deposit. It was immediately deducted from her bank account, which she expected. When she told me about the site I looked it up on google and read some feedback that was less than A+ material. When I told her, she requested a refund on the deposit and received confirmation of such. Though, seeing as it's the weekend, any deposits made back into the account wouldn't show up until Tues or Weds. She then sent an email to their customer service requesting the account be deleted before she deleted it herself after figuring out how (It was simpler after refunding the deposit). What she wants to know is whether or not her bank account is safe from any unauthorized charges? She hasn't received any and she is sure the account was deleted because customer service replied stating that the email she was using wasn't in their database (although it was the email she used prior to deleting the account). She's rather nervous and wants answers.
