Metal Assault Mmorpg I cant see the start button?

I change the resolution and i can only see the stuff at the top of the game client such as Register but i cant see the start button which is at the bottom please help me im playing on a small laptop but i still dont what to do i also play other mmorpgs but they dont have anything wrong its just this game
