Swag Bucks games don't register my scores for tournaments?

I have been playing this one tournament many times because I can easily get the high score and win a lot, but the scores never register and I always get 0 scores. For some reason, if my internet connection is fast (which it rarely is) the redirection at the end of the game works but if it is slow it doesn't. I have contacted Swag Bucks numerous times about this but they don't help at all. Does anyone know how to get it to work even with a slow internet connection? I'm thinking there may be a url that can be used to get the score to register after I finish but I'm not sure what it would be.
