Help on lenses for Nikon D90 please!?

I'm so confused. There are SOOOO many glass options out there and I wish I could afford to buy 2 or 3 lenses, but I can't. I don't want to spend more than $1000. I love landscapes, macros, and would like some telephoto (at least 200mm). I really would like one lens (as I'm really tired of changing from my 18-55 mm VR to 55-200 mm lenses). It also needs to be light (less than 13 oz). I did own the Nikon 18-200mm vr lens, but it's just too heavy to lug around. I would settle for the best and lightest all purpose lens and then maybe a good macro/micro (been looking at the Sigma 150mm). Any suggestions would help. Thank you!
