NAM BEAUTY PAGEANT HELP :)?

Hello, so i got this letter for this open casting call to NAM? First of, since i got the open casting call invitation how do they pick you to be in the pageant. What is the whole process like, what do they judge you on so that you can be in the state competition. Im not sure if iam doing this. But if i do it, what is the interview like. And how long sdoes it take for them to respond to you, and does everybody make it, that registered or gpt in invite. Thank you :)
